Saturday was the third round of the President's Trophy and some very good scores were lodged by each Grade winner.
A Grade was won by Yogi Frencken who, in his first appearance for the season after working out how to get to the course, fired a fine 44 points to win from Les Grafton 37 and Charlie Hogg 36. Tim Clifton's 43 saw him take B Grade and also a stranglehold on the Presidents Trophy with 3 rounds of over 40 with 1 round still to go. Tim has had 5 weeks in a row in the top 3 players in B Grade.
Darrell Thompson had his 2nd win in 3 weeks in C Grade with 42 points.
Matchplays saw Charles Hogg take out Dad Bobby Hogg and Les Grafton defeat Andrew Baker.
