The Clive Weller/Mark Hansford father/son combo hit hard today tearing the course apart. It must have been something to do with those new clubs Mark just brought back from the USA or perhaps the buzz cut of Mark and the long hair of Clive. Mark said it was the best round he has ever played and Clive was walking on air about his score.

A Grade saw Stuart Grigg hit a fine controlled 42 to win from Yogi Frencken and Scott Abbott both on 36. Mark Hansford won B Grade with 48 from Jeff Spackman and Gary Payne, both on 42. Clive Weller with 44 won C Grade from Danny Smith 39 and Bingo Barns 34. Elaine Grigg's 38 won her the Ladies from Julie Holland 31.

NAGA was very popular this week with Ray Prior, Darrell Thompson and Tim Clifton all sharing the same score and all playing together. Who dragged who down to that level is still being debated. It should be mentioned that Adam Bails 26 would have won NAGA if he had stayed around, however getting home to celebrate his sons 3rd birthday is a good enough excuse. The President's Trophy was decided today with Simon Grigg's 124 holding off a charging Andrew Baker's 123 (best 3 out of 4 stableford rounds).

All players are asked to keep that date in mind, bragging rights are up for grabs here.
