2013 TWO WELLS GOLF RESULTS

Competition: Stableford.
Sponsor: Raine and Horn (Neil Bowden).
No of Players: 19 + 1 Ladies.
Conditions: Windy and Fine.

Adam Bail returned to the winning podium to claim another well-deserved win with 40 points narrowly in front of Yogi Fencken on 37 and good mate Stuart Grigg on 35 points. Ian Smith took B Grade with 38 points on a count back from the Captain who faltered on the last three holes after a 24 point turn on the ninth. Jim Weir also playing well on the front collapsed in the later holes to finish with 37 points.

Darryl Thompson surprised himself and all of us with a superb 38 points despite some self-confessed course manicuring on the back nine. Ray Prior was also solid with 36 points a neck in front of Danny Smith on 31.

The course is looking great with the winter rains and the grass growing to quick for Hoggy to cut. Last week he cut twice with help from Michael Dimasi. However he needs some more help to keep on top of it. Please if you have time see Hoggy and lend a hand.
