2015 TWO WELLS GOLF RESULTS

Another fine day at Royal Two Wells and 23 players fronted on a course looking good after some week-day rain.
Hoggy moaned and groaned about his shoulder, his leg, his back and his putter before and during the game and then came in with 40 points to win A Grade from John Ball and Paul Shields both on 37. He also won 2 NTP,s and the pro's approach to earn absolutely no sympathy from other players. He was consoled by the 6 balls he had won.
James Weir continued his good form to take out B Grade with 40 points from 3 players on 39, Darrell Thompson, Ian Clark and Jeff Spackman.
Ian Clark and Yogi Frencken had a great tussle in the Handicap Matchplay Final, being all square after 9 holes with Clarky then taking control on the back nine to win 3/2. He added further insult by nearly taking Yogi out with a rake early on, and then winning a meat tray to make his day.
Next week is the Medal of Medals playoff between medal winners, John Ball, John Mills and Ian Smith with other medal winners Stuart Grigg and Rob Thompson likely to be unavailable. It is also the last eclectic round with a very close race between at least 6 players.
